Suikoden I And II HD Remaster: Gate Rune And Dunan Unification Wars Delayed Out Of 2023

Konami announced that the release of Dunan Unification Wars, Dunan I HD Remaster Gate Rune, and Suikoden I HD Remaster Gate Rune has been postponed until 2023. It did not say when the company will release these games. 

These remasters were revealed last September, packaged into the same collection and given a release window of 2023 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam. But that’s the last we heard about these games. Konami provided an update yesterday night, saying that they were being delayed until after 2023. 

“Regarding the planned release of Suikoden I & II HD Remaster: Gate Rune and Dunan Unification Wars, we have reached the conclusion that despite the very best efforts and our dedicated development staff to release the remasters in 2023, additional time is needed to ensure the quality performance and gameplay experience our users deserve,” the update reads. “The entire Suikoden team is renewing our efforts to bring Suikoden I & II HD Remaster to release as soon as is possible.” 

Konami will release more information about the game as soon as they become available through official channels.
