Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodhunt Exits Early Access On April 7

2022 is shaping up to be a noteworthy year for Vampire: The Masquerade fans. In addition to the May 19 launch of the narrative RPG Swansong, we now know that Bloodhunt, the free-to-play battle royale, will exit Early Access and launch in full on April 7.

Last September saw the game’s Steam Early Access debut. The 1.0 launch of Bloodhunt means that it will also be available on PlayStation 5. Third-person shooting takes place in Prague, and players take on the role of vampires. To take on AI-controlled opponents and other players, you can either play solo or team up with friends. The six vampire clans in which you are aligned will determine what supernatural powers you have. It doesn’t matter which side you are on, vampire players can use their vampiric abilities to run and climb along walls to drain the blood of victims and increase their health. You could also shoot crossbows and guns at targets to take them down. This works as well.

Bloodhunt is compatible with cross-play between PS5 & PC. You get Tempest 3D audio with adaptive trigger feedback and other perks like the DualSense light which displays your faction’s colors. The PS5 version has smaller features, such as DualSense lights. You can still pre-order the Founders Edition, which includes the following bonus features for $59.99.

  • PS5 exclusive Samurai Mask
  • PS5 Fast Forward and Headrush outfits
  • More than 100 cosmetic products
  • 1000 tokens to the in-game shop
