Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodhunt Exits Early Access On April 27
2022 is shaping up to be a noteworthy year for Vampire: The Masquerade fans. In addition to the May 19 launch of the narrative RPG Swansong, we now know that Bloodhunt, the free-to-play battle royale, will exit Early Access and launch in full on April 27.
Last September saw the game’s Steam Early Access debut. The 1.0 launch of Bloodhunt means that it will also be available on PlayStation 5. This third-person shooter takes place in Prague. Players take on roles as vampires. To take on AI-controlled opponents and other players, you can either play solo or team up with friends. You will be able to determine your supernatural powers by which of six vampire clans that you choose. No matter your side, vampiric power allows players to scale walls and draw blood from their victims in order to improve health and enhance powers. You can also use guns and crossbows to kill targets. This works as well.
Bloodhunt allows cross-play with PS5 or PC. Features like Tempest 3D audio and adaptive trigger feedback are available in the PS5 version. Other perks include the DualSense light that displays the faction’s color. The game comes free of charge, but you can order a special Founders Edition at $59.99. It includes these bonuses:
- PS5 exclusive Samurai Mask
- PS5 Exclusive Headrush and Fast forward outfits
- More than 100 cosmetic products
- 1000 tokens to the in-game shop
