Turbo Golf Racing Blends Rocket League-Style Action With Golf

Rocket League’s blend of soccer and car combat proved to be a massively successful example of an idea “just silly enough to work.” Turbo Golf Racing borrows from a similar playbook by combining over-the-top arcade-style racing with, you guessed it, golf.

In the upcoming title, players will race against each other to get their giant balls in a large hole. Jump, slide, flip, or dash your vehicle to guide it through the boost rings. You can use speed boost ramps to accelerate your cars, while barreling up hills activates the glider wings. Online races can be entered by up to 8 competitors. You can see the trailer below for a glimpse of what it looks like.

Super cores can be added to your car to give you perks like the ability to hit the ball farther or to perform ground stomping. There are a variety of cosmetic options that you can use to make your vehicle look better, such as body styles, spoilers, paint colors, and tires. Additional courses, power cords and customization items can be added free of charge.

Turbo Golf Racing has a Beta available in the very near future. You can sign up here for it. The game will go live in Steam Early Access and then launch later this year in 1.0. The game will launch on Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S, and Game Pass will also be available.
