Christina Ricci cast in Netflix’s Addams Family show Wednesday in meta twist

Christina Ricci was Wednesday Addams’s actress in adaptations made of the film “The 1990s” (1990s). Tim Burton has cast The Addams Familie in the new Netflix series that focuses on Wednesday. Variety says that she is not yet known about her role. It is notShe will be portraying an older, more savage Goth than she did in the original films. Morticia Addams, Morticia’s maternal aunt, will not be played by her. Catherine Zeta-Jones will play Morticia, with Luis Guzmán as Gomez Addams.

Jenna Ortega is currently playing the Wednesday role (in Spanish).Jane the Virgin(now a teenager, and attending Nevermore Academy. It is described as a supernatural mystery with school drama. Wednesday is trying to use her new psychic abilities and also stop a crime spree.

Ricci’s involvement is unclear, but gives the series a bit of a meta edge. It’s not hard to see that the multiverse is still in the zeitgeist.

Ricci has a new role that puts him on a little streak. Resurrections of the Matrix, she recently commanded Showtime’s buzzy series Yellowjackets.
