Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom Gets First Post-Release Patch
Yesterday, the first patch for The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom was released. It has only been available since last week. The version 1.1.1 fixes a very specific bug, and also addresses ambiguous issues that improve gameplay. The patch notes are available below and on Nintendo’s site.
- Fixed issue where, sometimes, the player could not clear main quest “The Closed Door,” even if they fulfilled the conditions to advance the quest.
- You can clear this quest if you already have this problem.
- To improve gameplay, several issues were addressed.
Nintendo is known for keeping the details of the patches vague, despite the fact that both Tears of the Kingdom, and Breath of the Wild are excellent games. Breath of the Wild patches often pointed out the changes that were made to the game. a more pleasant experience. It seems the trajectory of Tears of the Kingdom’s patch notes might receive the same ambiguous details if the second bullet point is an indication of what’s to come.
