Yu-Gi-Oh unbans popular card in latest forbidden and limited list

Konami issued Tuesday’s update to their trading card game’s restricted and forbidden card lists. It indicated that the Change of Heart would be allowed in the official game. According to records from Yugipedia, the card had been banned originally in April 2005.
