Your Last Chance to Play Diablo IV Free Before Launch – Server Slam Arrives on May 12
As we gear up for Launch, welcome everyone to Sanctuary as they storm our servers to prepare for Launch. We’re dubbing this our Server Slam, which will run from May 12-14*.
It’s your last chance Diablo IVBefore launch, please read the following. Explore all five classes, discover your favorite character builds, join forces against a World Boss, and earn rewards – such as one more chance to earn the Beta Wolf Pack cosmetic – and the new Cry of Ashava Mount Trophy**. All this and more await in a brand-new build where we’ve integrated learnings and player feedback from the recent Diablo IVOpen Beta includes adjustments which will improve the Server Slam to be more representative of players’ experiences at launch. The Open Beta will give everyone a new start, allowing them to grow their power all the way up to level 20. The progress will be erased before the launch. You can join me for a last weekend of testing May 12, as we finalize our server infrastructure to ensure the best launch possible on June 6, when Hell will be officially released on the planet. Receive all four rewards at once when you earn them during Server Slam. Diablo IV launches:
- The initial casualty title is earned when you reach Kyovashad by using only one character.
- Early Voyager Title: Earned when reaching level 20 on one single character.
- Earned by achieving Level 20 of one character.
- NEW Cry of Ashava Mount Trophy**: earned by defeating Ashava with one Level 20 character.
Server Slam allows you to explore the Early Game of Diablo IVAct 1 – Prologue & Act 1 – Adventures through Act 1. The entire first zone – Fractured Peaks – will be yours to roam, filled with dungeons, strongholds, quests, and events for you to discover. Cross-play, couch co-op, and cross progression on console allow you to play in groups up four people. As you battle with friends, earn bonus XP while traversing the rugged landscape and fighting demons.
A fearsome foe awaits in Server Slam and you’ll need to join forces to take her down. Ashava will make her first appearance on Saturday, May 13, at 9am Pacific Time. Ashava will then appear every three hours, giving you the chance to defeat this gigantic World Boss.
