You Can Transfer GTA V Story Progress To PS5 And Xbox Series X/S Today, New Graphics Modes Revealed

The PlayStation 5 (X/S) and Xbox Series X/S version of Grand Theft Auto V, and GTA Online will be available on March 15. Transferring your GTA V story progress, as well as GTA Online character progression and data can help you get started on the upgrade. Here’s how to do it.

Rockstar Newswire says this is how you can make your GTA V story move forward.

  1. GTA V is available for your platform’s last generation.
  2. You can find the Pause MenuChoose the Gamingtab
  3. Choose the Option to Save and Upload Game

There you can save your game and have it available for download in the next version for as long as 90 days. Only one save game can be stored per platform. Keep in mind that you cannot save more than one game on any given platform.

GTA Online gamers with Rockstar Social Accounts can also migrate data. All they have to do is boot up the most recent-gen version of GTA Online on launch day. These data include their characters, money and stats as well as vehicles, property, weapons, clothing, and any player-created jobs. Although you can move data forwards, GTA$ purchased can’t be transferred from the previous-gen to the current-gen. GTA Online is available on PS5 or Xbox Series S/X. PlayStation users can free download the game and keep it for 3 months.

Rockstar had previously announced the enhancements and features available in GTA V and GTA Online. Today, it revealed three graphic settings.
