Xbox Insider Release Notes – Xbox App [2311.1000.54.0]

Hello Xbox Insiders. Xbox Insiders enrolled in PC Gaming Insiders Preview will receive a brand new Xbox App build! The fourth build of 2311 has been released. Read on to find out about the new fixes and features. You will need to update your Xbox app and Gaming Services if you want all the awesome fixes that are listed below.

PC Gaming Prerelease Products: New Versions

Xbox App version: 2311.1000.54.0

• Available: 5:00 p.m. PT – November 8th, 2023    

Windows Gaming Prerelease Products:

Play Bar Version: 6.123.11012.0

• Released: 5:00 p.m. PT – November 3rd, 2023

Gaming Services version released: 16.82.1001.0

• Released: 5:00 p.m. PT – November 2nd, 2023    

The Newest Features:

• The installation queue has been updated with a refreshed UI
• Updated fonts, buttons, and channel styles
• Amended notifications interface, now with the option of showing only unread messages
• The app now has a smaller screen and compact version that makes it easier to use on mobile devices.
• Navigation of the controller app has been improved

Xbox App Bug Fixes:

• The issue with Notifications not being deleted on some handheld devices has been resolved.

There are a number of known issues:

• Team is looking into reports about a couple of titles that are not working properly off-line.
• It is possible that the team may be aware of rare cases where download speeds can decrease.
