The Newest Features:

• The installation queue has been updated with a refreshed UI
• The game channels, button fonts and buttons have been updated.
• Improved notifications interface, with the option of showing unread messages only
• The app now has a smaller screen and compact version that makes it easier to use on mobile devices.
• Navigation of the controller app has been improved

Bug fixes:

• Fixes an issue that caused the app to not work based on certain language settings
• Fixes several problems with the incorrect display of UI text or elements.
• Fixes font issues in different parts of the App
• The UI may not scale correctly when the window is resized
• The current Game Pass discount might not show up on game add-ons.
• Added a button to “Check connection” if the Xbox app cannot connect to the internet
• Fixes a recent problem whereby the Xbox App could get stuck at the Launch Screen
• Fixes several issues which could cause Xbox App to crash
• Fixes an issue that could cause tooltips to not disappear immediately after clicking on them.

There are a number of known issues:

It is known that a problem exists where users may be unable to access certain areas of the Xbox app using their controller.

When certain apps fail to install, users may see a frowny-faced face.

The team has been made aware of a number of UI-related issues. These include font problems, UI scaling and many others. The team is working on fixing those.
