WIT Studio’s Vampire in the Garden trailer shows vampire war coming to Netflix

WIT Studio’s latest anime is set in a world ruled by vampires and two characters who want to save it. The Garden of the Vampire’s first trailer premiered over the weekend at Japan’s AnimeJapan 2022 convention and gave us our first look at the new series coming to Netflix on May 16.

Vampire in the GardenIt takes place well after the invasion of vampires has taken over humankind. They live within a small community that has survived the invasion of vampires. Momo, a young girl from Japan dreams of living with the vampires. Fine, a vampire queen who used to love humans, is on the opposite side of the conflict. Momo’s chance meeting could spark this love again and save the planet.

You might have expected from a studio that makes anime, Vinland SagaThese are the three first seasons of Attack on TitanAnd Ranking of Kings, the series’ trailer look absolutely gorgeous.

The Garden of the Vampire is an original story, which means we don’t know much about its plot or how it will be released. We know that Netflix will release the whole first season on May 16, but we’re not sure how many episodes that will be, if that season will cover the series’ entire story or if it will come back for more.
