Honkai: Star RailHas gotten to its Patch 1.1 UpdateThe update includes new characters and stories as well as many events that are only available for a limited period of time. Some of the features from this update can be easy to miss, so we’re here to help break them down for you.
No new releases Trailblaze missionsContinue the Xianzhou Luofu Storyline, so if that’s what you were hoping for, you’ll have to wait for another new patch. 🙁
We list below some of this year’s biggest changes. Honkai: Star Rail patch.
Silver Wolf, Luocha and Yukong are new characters
Silver Wolf can be found in the warp of gacha, but Luocha & Yukong get their gacha banners on June 28, 2018.
Silver Wolf can be a quanta nihility hero that will temporarily add weaknesses to your enemies. Luocha, on the other side of things is an imaginary character called abundance that heals automatically using flowers stacked.
Yukong is an imaginary harmony character that buffs the party’s attack, crit rate, and crit damage.
Missions companions for Luocha Bailu and Yanqing
More companion missions will get released during the patch, but they’re not available yet at launch. We’ll be able to hang out with a few of the folks from Xianzhou Luofu, exploring their backstories a bit starting on June 28.
There’s also technically an event-based companion mission available right now that goes with the Silver Wolf “Starhunt Game” event. After patch 1.1, it’ll be available for people who missed the event, so it’s worth pointing out.
Track monsters dropping items to find them faster
If you’re building lots of characters, then you are probably running out of materials. No need to worry, you can track opponents by their items. You can track items by selecting the source of the enemy from the menu.
Once you do that, you can navigate straight to the enemies, as they’ll be marked on your map. Once you’ve defeated one enemy and collected the items, you can easily find any other materials needed to upgrade your character by marking up the nearest enemies.
The Friend Chat will be available in this patch.
As of now, you are only able to borrow your friend’s support character (which you absolutely should do). Hoyoverse heard you and has added an in-game messaging system. You can now yell to your whale friend for them to assign their newly built Silver Wolf to you as your support.
Belobog History and Culture Museum to open in June
While it’s not out at launch, you’ll be able to access a new area in Belobog where you can help recover stolen items from the museum. The museum will be introduced during a limited-time event called “Everwinter City Museum Ledge of Curiosities,” that runs from June 9-26.
World shops sell extra credits
If you’ve bought out the world shops after finding all of the respective specialized currency, you can now spend the extras on credits.
Now, you can find Lost Trotters in random battles
You have found all the Warp Trotters. Are you disappointed? You can now randomly come across Lost Trotters when you are fighting. When the battle is over, you will get more resources if you kill them before they can run. You won’t get Stellar Jade or the like for killing them the same way you do with their Warp Trotter siblings, though.
Simulated Universe tracks all events now and rewards users for finding them
On the Simulated Universe “index” menu, you could always look at your collection of aeons, curios, and blessing — and even claim Stellar Jade for collecting different ones. Patch 1.1 adds a new section, allowing you to track which Simulated Universe events you’ve run into. There are 38 different events and you’ll get 20 Stellar Jade per unlocked event. The retroactive completion of this also means that any event you encountered before Patch 1.1 has already been registered. So grab some Stellar Jade!
On the official website, you will find the complete patch notes.
