There’s only one place to buy the Ring Garland: a stand in Kakariko Village. Koko is a child who sells the decorations for The 5 Rupee Coin. She can be found at her coordinates (1822, -1001, 0112). You can buy one Ring Garland per day, so don’t worry if you break your first. You can buy a tenth.

It is important to note that the word “you” means “you”. Ring Garland must be fused or held. if you want to move it — which is to say that it can’t be placed into Link’s inventory on its own. It’s a hassle to carry it for long distances, so we recommend fusing it onto a shield and then keeping that shield safe in your inventory.
