What happens to your old ship in Starfield when you get a new ship

Starfield lets you amass your own fleet of ships — either by buying new ones or stealing them. But it’s not immediately clear Your old ship: what will happen to it?When you buy a new phone.

What will happen to your old vessel when you purchase a new ship?

You’ll get new ships by buying them at a spaceport or by stealing them from enemies (or by starting a New Game+). A new ship can be acquired in a New Game+. StarfieldMakes your old ship… just sort of… vanish without fanfare. When you steal a ship, you’ll even watch your old ship just fly away.

Taking control of a new ship doesn’t replace your old one. Although you are only allowed to have one Home Ship active at any given time, all your other ships exist. Then, there are other ways to get in touch with each other.. You can change between the two at any moment by either visiting a Ship Services at a Spaceport, or building a landing pad with Ship Builder in an Outpost. Then, by either changing your home ship or by selling the new ship, you can return to your original ship.
