It’s time to experience some of your favorite heroes in new and different ways! To give more depth to gameplay and allow for better strategy, Role Passives were added for Tank, Support and Damage heroes. With over 44,000 new lines of dialog, you’ll always be hearing and learning something new about our heroes.

We’re keeping it fresh through our updated game engine, where all heroes are overhauled with updated appearances, VFX, and revamped combat sound design.

• Battle PassPlaying the game can help players earn various rewards, and they will be able to progress through Season 1’s Battle Pass system. There are new cosmetic items such as charms and name cards. Premium Battle Pass, which will allow you to earn more exclusive items while amplifying your game, is now available. 1000 Overwatch CoinsYou can also use the Overwatch 2 Watchpoint Pack. • Competitive ModeWith changes to the skill tier divisions as well placement matches and skill decay, new competitive modes have been introduced. We’ve also introduced a new ping system to make communicating with your team even easier — and without having to speak! As we work to create a fair and fun environment for competitive play, these changes are just the start.

• The new Push Game Mode: Today you can finally play the newest core game mode “Push”. Push allows teams to compete in asymmetrical maps for control over a robot at the centre of the map. The robot can be moved towards the enemy line by a team staying within its perimeter. This will ensure that the enemy does not get too close. The robot will move slower if there are barricades all over the map.
• Six new maps: Savor breathtaking sights as the fight moves to new locales across Queen Street, Circuit Royal, Midtown, Colosseo, Esperança, and Paraíso. These new locations offer all of your core games in exciting settings. Many maps have been updated with new nighttime and daytime versions so you can view your favourite areas from a different angle.

SEASON ONE IS LIVE
Seasonal updates will bring new maps and heroes to the game every nine weeks. Season One will unlock Kiriko, the latest hero. There are over 20 levels of rewards that can be accessed through the Battle Pass. To unlock more cosmetic rewards, such as the new Demon Genji Mythic Skin, legendary skins and sprays, voicelines, weapon charms, or the premium Battle Pass, purchase the Premium Battle Pass.
