As explorers, you and your partner will play the part of mystery-solving explorers. Like previous installments of the series. We Were Here ForeverIt is about two-player cooperative exploration and solving puzzles. Our core value in designing the game has always been cooperation. You must collaborate to succeed. Many puzzles are too difficult to solve alone. Players often need to exchange information using walkie talkies for progress. It is important to communicate.

We were thereThe story revolves around Castle Rock’s mysterious castle. The frozen Antarctic is a place where explorers come upon this strange location. You learn about the legends of the King and soon you find yourself trapped in its walls. You can find more information here We Were Here Forever we went beyond anything we’ve done before, packing every area with details that really bring each location to life, and for the first time players will have some decisions to make about where to explore and in what order!

Players begin the game in a underground dungeon. However, they will quickly find themselves exploring farther afield to find ways out of the castle. The settlement of Rockbury used to be a pleasant Dutch town, but a terrible curse  turned it into a shadow of its former self . You might find it daunting to visit once joyous places, such as the puppet shop and chapel. But if you persevere together you can gain useful knowledge that may help you escape. Before you explore Rockbury or Castle Rock, learn about Rockbury. We Were Here Forever by watching our live-action video series: ‘We were there Stories: Chronicles of Castle Rock’. You begin the game imprisoned and split up in the keep’s dungeon – you won’t see your partner right away, but it won’t be too long until you can meet up. It was very successful to alternate the experiences between separated and side-by-side coop. Together, We Are HereWe were so happy to have it back, Forever. You will of course be separated again at times throughout your adventure, so it’s important to get used to keeping up regular communication. Let your partner know what you’re seeing, thinking, and feeling. You’ll need to combine your knowledge to solve puzzles, and something that looks like nonsense to you might be the missing piece of the puzzle for your partner.

Even if solving puzzles by yourself is satisfying, it’s worth noting that puzzle-solving with a partner feels just as rewarding! Be aware that solving puzzles together can be stressful, but it will likely strengthen your bond with your partner. Online dating with strangers can be done. We have added matchmaking to simplify it. It is possible to make a connection with an unknown partner. If you truly get involved and are fully present in the moment, it can be a great way to make connections. Every game of the We were there series is standalone, but if you’re a story fan we’d recommend you play ForeverAfter you have completed the previous. There are some major revelations coming – not to mention a chance for an audience with the King of Castle Rock. But, as our long-term fans will recognize, nothing will go exactly as planned, since there is always that other force interfering with your plans…The Jester.
