Find Wonder Seeds

You will receive a Wonder Seed for completing the level. To find all the Wonder Seeds, you will need to do a little more exploration.

Wonder Flowers

In most levels, you will need to collect a Wonder Flower. This special flower triggers a trippy reframing of the current level — sometimes the gravity disappears or you enter a twilight realm or multihued bubbles will carry you into the sky. The Wonder Seed is often the final sequence in many of these Wonder Flower levels.

Wonder Seeds can be found in certain levels.

There are levels that have an additional Wonder Seed hidden beyond those listed on the level map. Collecting these Wonder Seeds often unlocks a new path to previously hidden levels — and more Wonder Seeds. We’ll note levels that require finding a hidden Wonder Seed in the list below.

Sensor Badge – Buy it Now

When you reach W5 Fungi Mines, you’ll be able to buy a special Badge from the Poplin Shop there — the Sensor Badge. This badge will alert you when special items are nearby, such as Wonder Flowers and 10 Flower Coins.

Armed on the roll

Then there are two Wonder SeedsArmads on the Roll can be found there. You’ll find the Armads on the Roll Level to the left and down a few feet from the oasis.

A bit past the checkpoint, you’ll come to a flower near the top of the screen next to a Pokey patrolling on top of some cactus blocks. To drop the Wonder Flower, simply hit the flower.

You’ll get the first Wonder Seed at the end of the sped-up-time sequence.

You’ll receive the second Wonder Seed for completing the level.

The Desert Mystery

Then there are two Wonder SeedsCollect in The Desert Mystery. You’ll find the Desert Mystery to the right of the starting oasis just a little past the castle.

Right before the end of the level (after the third 10 flower coin), you’ll find a cord above half a ramp. It will reveal the Wonder Flower.

The Wonder Seed will appear in a pyramid. Use the cords and chase it through until you are able to grab it.

You’ll receive the second Wonder Seed for completing the level.

Rolling-Ball Hall

Hit the three Question Mark panels on the ground in the desert to open a path below the castle — you’ll find the Rolling-Ball Hall level inside.

Then there are two Wonder SeedsRolling-Ball Hall.

When you drop to the lower tunnel after the checkpoint, you’ll pass under the Wonder Flower. Continue a little to the right, and you’ll be able to jump up and then backtrack to it.

Avoid the rolling ball as you move the level backwards while collecting the five Wonder Tokens. You’ll get a Wonder Seed once you collect them all.

You’ll get a second Wonder Seed for completing the level.

Ninji Jump Party

Then there are two Wonder SeedsTo collect in Ninji Jump Party. Step through the sandfall at the oasis to reach the Ninji Jump Party.

As you progress through the levels, jump to the beat. The Wonder Flower can be found inside the only yellow flower in your path.

Keep heading right, and you’ll find the first Wonder Token floating just out of reach over a platform. To grab it, jump in time with the music.

You’ll use the same trick to collect the remaining four Wonder Tokens and the Wonder Seed.

You’ll get the second Wonder Seed for completing the level.

Bloomps and the Desert Skies

You can find the Bloomps of the Desert Skies by heading up and under the bridge at the far left. You can find the levels in two ways. two Wonder SeedsBloomps of the Desert Skies is a great place to start.

A bit after the level’s checkpoint, you’ll run into an oversized Goombrat. Directly above, there’s a green Bloomp carrying the Wonder Flower.

You can find Wonder Seeds by jumping through the sequence of zero-G balls.

You’ll get the second Wonder Seed when you complete the level.

Valley Fulla Snootles

Then there are two Wonder Seeds to collect in Valley Fulla Snootles.

Past the level’s second checkpoint, you’ll come to a set of pillars with a pair of blocks above them. To reveal the Wonder Flower, you must hit the space between two pillars.

Find the Wonder Seed by navigating the slomo.

You’ll receive the second for completing the level.

Color-Switch Dungeon

Then there are two Wonder SeedsTo collect in Color Switch Dungeon.

Once you hit the twilight section of the level, you’ll see the Wonder Flower above you — you’ll have to hit a Color Switch and backtrack a little to pick it up.

You’ll get chased by a Shadow version of your character as you continue along and pick up the Wonder Seed.

You’ll receive another Wonder Seed for completing the level.

Shova Mansion: Secrets

Then there are two Wonder SeedsSecrets of Shova Mansion: Collectibles

Just past the checkpoint, you’ll come to two stacks of boxes on either side of a space where a door should be (but isn’t). You’ll need to push the box on the left to the right to fill the gap. The door leading to the Wonder Flower will now appear.

After a lot more shoving, you’ll collect the first Wonder Seed.

You’ll receive the second for completing the level.

Flight of the Bloomps

Then there are two Wonder SeedsFlight of the Bloomps: How to Collect.

When you hit the checkpoint, watch the clouds above you for some sparkles — there’s a green Bloomp carrying the Wonder Flower. Jump to hit it and it’ll drop the flower.

The Wonder Seed can be collected by riding the giant Bloomps up and to the left.

You’ll get the second Wonder Seed for completing the level.

Badge Challenge: Parachute Cap 2

You’ll find the Badge Challenge: Parachute Cap 2 Just level to the right. You’ll receive one Wonder Seed for completing it.

Badge Challenge: Crouching high jump 2

You’ll receive a Wonder Seed for completing the Crouching High Jump 2 Badge Challenge.

Invisibility 1, Expert Badge challenge

Carry a small pot so that you can track your character during the challenge of Invisibility. You’ll receive a Wonder Seed at the end.

Climb the platforms above the level’s checkpoint. Pull the cord at the top of the level to reveal the Wonder Flower (and collect it).

While you are completing the level by picking up the Wonder Seed, time will speed up and slow down alternately.

You’ll get the Royal Seed for defeating Bowser Jr.

KO Arena: Sunbaked Skirmish

Defeat the levels of Mumsies, Melon Piranha Plants, and snakes to get this level’s Wonder Seed.

Pipe Park Search Party

Ascend to the highest point of the stage and then head left. Use the pipe to push as far as possible, then jump over other pipes left. You’ll find the first Wonder TokenThe other side.

The sixth tube from the right is the exit.

Drop to the bottom of the screen and turn left. There’s a pipe hidden behind the wall that will lead to the foreground where you can grab the second Wonder Token.

As you reach the summit of the screen, turn right. Dash up and Wall Jump onto the platform that is at the top. You’ll find the third Wonder TokenJust above the screen.

Head to the left. You can find another room by dropping through the pipe at the end. You can find two blocks hidden on the left side by playing as Blue Toad. You can use the block hidden on the right to help you climb up until the cord breaks. fourth Wonder Token.

The second-to-last pipe is on the right. Push the pipe right when you exit. fifth Wonder Token.

You’ll get the level’s Wonder Seed once you collect all five.

Break TimeBreak Time!

You’ll find Break Time!To the left and just a few steps down from Armads in the Roll, you’ll see the Treasure Vault. You’ll get the Wonder Seed for navigating the level as Drill Mario and smashing all the crates.

You’ll have to pass under part of the castle to reach Break Time!Raising the stage. Duck underneath the platform on the left side of the stairs and go all the way around to the right.

Keep the stage elevated by jumping in time to the music.

Break Time: Revver Run

All the way to the right, you’ll find a Revver. Use the Zip Track to return it to the Color Switch. You’ll get a Wonder Seed once it hits the glowing spot on the wall.

Switch the light off using the Switch Block. The platforms will still be there, but you can’t see them so you’ll have to remember their locations.

Sunbaked Desert House

You’ll get one Wonder Seed for visiting the Sunbaked Desert House.

Poplin Shop 1.

Poplin Shop: Buy one Wonder Seed at 100 Flower Coins.

Poplin Shop 2.

Find a small path on the left side of Sunbaked Desert Palace. You will find another Poplin Shop by following the path backwards and left.

There are three Wonder Seeds available at a price of 20, 100 and 200 flower coins.
