Ukouh Shrine location and walkthrough in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

On this page, we’ll help you find the Ukouh Shrine location, solve the puzzle, and walk through the “Ability to Create” trial to collect the chest and earn a Light of Blessing.

Ukouh Shrine Location

It is important to note that the word “you” means “you”. Ukouh ShrineIt is located on the northern portion of the Great Sky Island region. It’s just southwest of the Temple of Time. The map coordinates of this location are (0275, -0910, 1460).

Ukouh Shrine Walkthrough

1. You can use UltrahandLift the slate to your left, and then use it to bridge over the first gap.

2. Use Ultrahand on the second platform to fuse two slates perpendicularly. This will create a longer, makeshift bridge. It should be placed across the gap.

3. You’ll see the trap on the right-hand side of the screen after you pass the gap. On top of a pedestal, you’ll see the Ukouh Shrine . Use Ultrahand to grab the bridge you just walked across, then rotate it at a 45º angle. Drop the top edge onto the ledge on the pedestal to create a ramp. Open the chest by walking up this ramp. You’ll be rewarded with a piece of Amber.

4. Ultrahand can be used to attach the hook and the slats of wood in the section below.

5. You’ll see a zip wire. Hook your new creation as far back as you can on the wire — so it’s flush with the anchor pillar — then jump on the the wooden slat before it slides out of reach. You can ride it across the entire chasm.

6. Interact with the green sigil on the far side to complete the Ukouh Shrine and the “Ability to Create” trial. You’ll earn one Light of Blessing.
