Ubisoft Confirms Team-Based Arena Combat Game, Project Q, Has Been Canceled

Project Q, a Ubisoft video game that was leaked before the Assassin’s Creed creator revealed it existed in early 2013. It is a team-based battle area combat game. 

Insider GamingUbisoft reported yesterday that Project Q had been canceled. Ubisoft now confirms this to be true. Video Games Chronicle. 

Ubisoft stated that they have confirmed their decision to not support Project Q’s development in order to concentrate on prior projects. VGC. 

Ubisoft announced last week that Skull and Bones had been delayed and it also confirmed the cancellation of three other unannounced titles. It’s currently unclear if Project Q was one of those three games canceled (while Project Q was technically announced, it was revealed as an in-the-works project rather than a game with a final title so perhaps Ubisoft considered it unannounced).
