Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands Preview – Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands | New Gameplay Today

The Borderlands series has made a name for itself with excellent gunplay, zany stories, and more, popularizing the looter-shooter genre over the last decade-plus. Many have been wondering where Gearbox Software’s posterchild will go with its three mainline titles and the plethora spinoffs. Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands has the answer, and today we are showing you some of our brand-new gameplay!

Join your hosts Alex Stadnik and Wes LeBlanc as they wallop their way through this truly bananas new game world. Instead of taking place in the sci-fi world of Pandora, our titular hero, voiced by Ashly Burch, is leading her star-studded party (including Andy Samberg and Wanda Sykes) through a game reminiscent of Dungeons and Dragons, but with all the loot and Borderlands humor you’ve come to expect from the series.

The boys show off some of the cool new powers and weapons they will be able to use when the game launches March 25, in this episode of New Gameplay Today. Because it takes place in a high fantasy setting, the familiar weapons are replaced with something a bit more magical (though still feeling right at home for anyone who’s played the series). 

Also, we show you how to replace grenades with spells in the game. The magical attacks are powerful and provide explosive power and buffs that makes each goblin encounter exciting. You can also help Jar, a character who is on a mission to free her green monsters from captivity, in an entirely optional section of the game.
