Time Loader: a Cute Puzzle Platformer about the Butterfly Effect with Nostalgic 90s Vibes
Time LoaderIt’s a puzzle platformer that will bring back your childhood memories (if you were born in the 1990s), as well as forcing you to ask some time-traveling questions. It was a pleasure to use the controls, with lots of 90s and 80s Easter eggs that players can find. The game will be available on Xbox starting March 10, 2010.
The main feature of Time LoaderThis is an environment that was inspired by everyday life in Zemeckis’ fantasy films. The house was not built by a typical American teenage from the 1980s or 90s. However, the developers tried to replicate the nostalgic feel of their favourite movies as a tribute to VHS.
Butterfly Effect
The game gives players the opportunity to change the storyline. You are not programmed by the creator.This can have serious consequences for the other characters. As a time-travelling RC robot you have the responsibility to find out what happened and how to make it right.
Time LoaderMany objects can be affected. A small alteration in the past could lead to serious future consequences. You can not only experience different endings but also hidden bits of history or secret places. You can explore the different rooms and interact with them. Then you will have to face the consequences and make changes to the past.
You have one goal: to save Adam, your creator from the terrible accident that will forever change his life. Adam, a young boy, trips on a toy and falls onto his back. He sustains serious spinal injuries. Every day, he asks the question: how would life have been if the accident hadn’t happened? He grew up and devoted his life to time travel, then created a robot and sent it back to 1995 – the year of the accident. Here you are: a tiny robot that has a huge task.

Time LoaderIt is a puzzle platformer that’s first and foremost. But it doesn’t work in the usual way. You will enjoy the slow pace, music and story. You can see everyday objects as your rescuers, and you’ll feel like a robot struggling to complete an impossible task. Shelves become bridges over perilous gaps – gramophones and bike pedals become the most helpful things in the room to help you traverse a difficult landscape. The gameplay is unlike anything else.
