There Are ‘No Plans’ For Diablo 4 On Game Pass

Diablo IV will be finally released this June. However, it doesn’t seem like it’ll launch on Xbox Game Pass.

As Microsoft is closing in on Activision Blizzard’s acquisition, it seems that people are speculating about the possibility of this title coming to Game Pass. 

It is amazing seeing all the excitement surrounding the Diablo IV Beta and our Wolf Pack puppy. There have been some inquiries about D4 via Game Pass. I wanted to inform you that we do not plan on doing this. We hope to see you at Sanctuary on the Beta Early Access Weekend that begins March 17.

Fergusson tweeted that Diablo IV is not planned to be available on Game Pass. Diablo IV will be available June 6, so maybe plans can change. I am not however betting. 

Preordering the game means you get access to a private beta that will run from tomorrow (March 17) until the final. This closed beta will last until March 19. Then, starting on March 24, an open beta is available for anyone to join. The open beta runs through March 26.
