The Sims 4: For Rent introduces landlords, tenants, and renting

Sims lets you live out all your fantasies. For example, becoming a star in Hollywood, traveling to outer space, and finding steady jobs that pay enough money to purchase property.

This dream is even more attainable with the newest Sims 4 Expansion Pack: not only can you earn enough to buy your own home, but also to purchase additional property to charge others to rent it out! You can make them landlords.

Sims 4 For Rent allows you to play as a property owner — or a tenant, if you like to keep your Sims’ dreams more attainable. This pack introduces Residential Rentals which encompasses a larger variety of buildings than those introduced in City Living. These include duplexes, townhouses and more.

If you don’t want to be a landlord or a tenant, the trailer still shows off a lot to explore, like the Southeast Asian-inspired world of Tomorang. There’s also Night Markets, Pool Parties, and a bunch of new decor and activities.
