The Gran Turismo Movie Gets Full-Length Trailer And August Premiere Date

The first trailer for the Gran Turismo film was released in January. Now, the first full-length version of the film gives us a closer look at PlayStation’s latest cinematic adaptation. 

The video games movies are not like other movies. Gran TurismoThe film is based on actual events. Film tells true story about Jann Mardenborough. He is a British race car driver. His career began when he won GT Academy. This was a European television contest where the top Gran Turismo gamers competed against one another for the chance to start a real racing career at Nissan. As the poster says, the film follows Mardenborough as he makes his way from being a teenager to becoming a professional race car driver. 

Archie Madekwe plays Mardenorough. David Harbour and Orlando Bloom also star in this film. Neil Blomkamp sits in the director’s chair. 

Gran Turismo The film will be released exclusively in theatres starting August 11, 2009.
