The Boys season 3 trailer: Karl Urban’s Billy gets a power upgrade

The End of Season 2 The Boys, Jack Quaid (Hughie) admitted that he had grown tired of trying out to defeat the evil Vought Corporation. “I still want to fight Vought,” he says. ”I just want to do it the right way, not covered in quite as many guts.” But if the trailer for The Boys If season 3 is anything to go by, Hughie will be surrounded by more people.
Prime Video shared the trailer at SXSW 2022. The Trailer teases many bloody escapades by The Boys as they continue to battle Vought and The Seven. Most interesting of all is the fact that Billy (Karl Urban), appears to have acquired some laser eyes.
More than that The Boys is once again taking aim at some of our pop cultural favorites, cynically parodying things like Kendall Jenner’s Pepsi commercial (this time with a A-Train offering a cop a can of “Turbo Rush”) and super boy bands — alongside maybe a musical number between Kumiko (Karen Fukuhara) and Frenchie (Tomer Kapon)? There’s also a brief glimpse of what appears to be an American flag dildo; make of that what you will. Essentially it’s all very in line with the brand of The BoysRecently, animated spinoff, “Animated Spinoff” pushed it to the limit. The Boys: A Diabolical Story.
The trailer doesn’t offer details as much as glimpses of where everyone is post-Stormfront. As you can see, Quaid and Urban will return to the show. Jensen Ackles will also be joining the team, having been released from prison. SupernaturalTo be an analogue of Captain America (possibly).
Season 3 The BoysPrime Video will launch three new episodes with Prime Video on June 3rd. Every Friday, new episodes of the 8-episode series will be made available on Prime Video.
