Take-Two Interactive’s future looks bright as the publication released a financial report detailing its IP plans over three years. According to Nintendo LifeNumerous projects are being considered, including some that were already revealed and others not yet disclosed. Overall, over 30 games have been identified in the report, not including new ports or remasters.

This report contains clear descriptions and categorizations of the games in question.

  • IndependentReleases from the externally-developed Private Division
  • MobileAll titles that are released via a mobile platform.
  • Mid-coreThe following titles can be classified as either arcade (like WWE Battlegrounds) and games with many hours of gameplay. However, they are not immersive in the same way that core titles.
  • The new releases are a refreshment of previous versionsThese include ports and remastered titles. This would exclude sequels. category.

A pipeline table found in the document indicates that Take-Two plans to develop 24 immersive core games. This includes Marvel’s Midnight Suns for June 10, The Quarry for June 10, Kerbal Space Program 2 and Kerbal Space Program 2 in early 2023. Also, NBA2K23 and PGA Tour 2K23 are included. WWE 2K23 will follow next year. There are ten independent games and 20 mobile games such as the GTA Trilogy 2023. 7 core games (including the much-anticipated Tales from the Borderlands 2K23) will also be available. Take-Two’s numerous development studios have much to offer fans.

Although it’s difficult to predict the future of some of these types, what ports or remasters do you anticipate? We might get to experience a Bully port that has been modernized. We’d love to hear what you have to say in the comments!
