Take A First Look At World War Z’s Upcoming Horde Mode XL

World War Z doesn’t have to be without zombies. However, a new mode launching tomorrow adds yet more undead in to the mix with Horde Mode XL. Horde Mode is a mode that has been around in World War Z since it was first introduced. It requires players to hold down one location while waves of zombies invade. Horde Mode XL, while functionally identical, now has 1,000 enemies on screen. This is the highest number ever seen in one game. Check out the gameplay video above. It skips the initial waves and jumps straight to the final XL horde.
