Summer Game Fest 2022: All the news, trailers, and announcements
Summer Game Fest returns this year, Thursday June 9th, with a livestream in which Geoff Keighley presented new game trailers, announcements, and other surprises.

Street Fighter 6
Capcom has already given fans an extended, new look at the game just one week after revealing it. Street Fighter 6, the company’s next-generation fighting game. Capcom showcased Guile at Summer Game Fest against Luke (an American competitor) and Ryu (an American veteran fighter).
Aliens from the Dark Descent
Dark Descent: Alien AliensTindalos Interactive has released a brand new action-packed third-person game called Tindalos Interactive. Check out the trailer. Dark DescentA small group of Colonial Marines moves through an abandoned base. The Callisto Protocol
Glen Schofield, CEO of Striking Distance was at Summer Game Fest to present a trailer and gameplay footage. The Callisto Protocol — a trailer that host Geoff Keighley called the “Schofield cut” — that drives home just how dangerous space can be. The video debuted on Thursday during Summer Game Fest, showing off more of the game’s viscous menace than ever before.
Modern Warfare 2 – Call of Duty
New level in customer service Modern Warfare 2 – Call of DutySummer Game Fest revealed the details. Dark Water, the level is located on a huge cargo ship. While the trailer showcases some great visuals and firefights from The Game, its most striking feature is the cover that moves.
Flashback 2
Microids Studio Lyon has finally released a sequel to a cult platformer. Flashback 2 There is also a release window. It will be available in winter 2022, as announced at Summer Game Fest.
Fort Solis
Troy Baker (a veteran of the industry) and Gary Baker (a former employee).Last of UsRoger Clark (Red Dead Redemption 2.They have come together to develop a game called “Mars Terror” that will be a thriller. Fort Solis. The two announced the game on stage at Thursday’s Summer Game Fest.
Trailer 1 teased the idea: Space settlers colonize Mars. Then, things go wrong. Frantic clips of the base in a state of emergency build up to a final clip of a man saying, “Something is going on here, and I need to find out what it is.”
Routine
Sci-fi Horror Game Routine After nearly 10 years of development, the trailer finally got an update. This trailer debuted at Summer Game Fest. The game is heading to PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Game Pass, but it doesn’t have a release date just yet.
Routine’s re-reveal trailer brings players back into its dark and creepy futuristic setting, using all in-game footage. Lunar Software has released a statement stating that they have re-launched the game, rebuilding it completely from scratch in an effort to improve its original vision.
Stormgate
Frost Giant Studios is a group of former Blizzard Entertainment programmers who have worked on such games as StarCraft 2And Warcraft 3Summer Game Fest, Thursday: Presented by, a debut game was revealed. Stormgate is a new real-time strategy game that promises an “ever-evolving story through thrilling campaign missions where science fiction and fantasy collide.”
Highwater
Rogue Games publisher and Demagog developer are inviting you to enter a depressing, overwatered world. Highwater, the “narrative-driven isometric survival game” announced Thursday during Summer Game Fest.
Simulator Goat 3

Marvel’s Midnight Suns
Marvel’s Midnight Suns, the next turn-based game from the team behind XCOM, revealed a new — and unusual — turn-based feature on Thursday. More information can be found in the new gameplay trailer that was unveiled during Summer Game Fest.
Cuphead’s Delicious Last Course DLC
Get ahead of Cuphead’s new DLC release date, Studio MDHR debuted a new trailer during Summer Game Fest on Thursday. This new DLC is called Last Course: A Delicious Last Course, will be available on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and Xbox Series X starting June 30,
Honkai: Star Rail
Honkai: Star Rail This is the new Sci-Fi open-world adventure by the creators of Genshin Impact. This game tells the story about a protagonist, who embarks on an interstellar journey aboard the Astral Express. A turn-based fighting system allows you to create unique fighters each with their own combat skills.
Zero Zone of Zenlessness
Zero Zenless ZoneHoYoverse is proud to announce the new project, “The HoYoverse”. The extravagant trailer was shown during the Summer Game Fest livestream.
Geoff Keighley, the presenter of The Trailer, opened it with some analysis. He said that ZZZ offers “the detail of Genshin Impact with a fast-paced action style.” The “futuristic urban action game,” as he called it, takes place in a city called New Eridu where a vast conspiracy of some sort is running amok.
TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge
Old-school beat-’em-up Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s RevengeCasey Jones is the seventh character that will be available to play, Tribute Games’ developer and Dotemu announced at Summer Game Fest. Jones, the hockey mask-wearing, stick-wielding vigilante, will join Donatello, Leonardo, Michelangelo, Raphael, Splinter, and April O’Neil in the homage to Konami’s Ninja Turtle games of yore.
One Piece Odyssey
Bandai Namco has revealed a brand new look One Piece Odyssey,New JRPG, based upon the manga and anime long-running series One Piece. The publisher revealed new information about the Straw Hats’ next big adventure at Summer Game Fest on Thursday.
Saints Row Boss Factory
Volition’s upcoming reboot of Saints Row, titled simply Saints Row, won’t be available until Aug. 23 — but you can go ahead and design your character right now. Saints Row Boss Factory is a pre-release download that’s now available now on all platforms.
Nightingale
Inflexion Games’ first-person fantasy survival game NightingaleThe company presented a trailer at Summer Game Fest Thursday, showcasing its new card system and its 3D world.
Nightingale is described as a shared world, player-vs.-environment game in which players will fight and craft through the Victorian fantasy world and visit plenty of different realms. It seems that the cards are crucial for realm-hopping.
There are layers of fear
Bloober Team’s taking another stab at its psychological and psychedelic horror franchise Layers of Fear. The Fears and LayersOfficially announced during Summer Game Fest, ‘The X-Files’ will be available on PlayStation 5, Windows PC Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5.
Judging from the trailer, it’s certainly got that familiar, creepy vibe. It will not be about one person; it will instead focus on multiple generations.
Gotham Knights
Batman might be gone Gotham KnightsAlthough crimefighters are more plentiful in the area, it is still difficult to find a safe place. WB Games Montreal presented the latest DC Universe video game on Thursday, during Summer Game Fest. The main focus of this demo was Dick Grayson, also known as Nightwing.
Nightwing is introduced briefly in the trailer before displaying some of his combat moves. He’s got dual batons, a grappling hook, a projectile-firing weapon, and some fantastic martial arts.
Last of UsPart 1
Remade Version of Last of Us The remake will launch Sept. 2nd on PlayStation 5 and later, Windows PC. This remake now has a different name. Part I of The Last of Us, to align with the title of the game’s 2020 sequel on PlayStation 4, Part 2 of “The Last of Us”.
Neil Druckmann, co-president of Naughty Dog, confirmed that the Last of Us remake at Summer Game Fest on Thursday, calling the PlayStation 5 re-release the “definitive version” of the game.
