Starfield Support Page Reconfirms It Will Release In The First Half Of This Year

Starfield is a sci-fi RPG by Skyrim creators Bethesda Softworks. It was initially due to be released in November 2022. However, it was postponed until the first half 2023. Starfield played a major role in an Xbox showcase last Summer. Microsoft announced that each game displayed would come out within the first half-of-2023.

A Bethesda support webpage for the game confirms this “first half 2023” window as it was spotted by Klobrille on Twitter.

The support page states that Starfield will only be available on Xbox Series X/S or PC during the first half 2023.

It’s not surprising that this is the case. Although Xbox had previously discussed Starfield’s release window on two occasions, it appears the company is determined to get it out within the next months.

Waiting for an official release, you can read why Bethesda delayed Starfield’s launch and see this article about Starfield characters who will no longer have voices.
