Square Enix Reveals Stranger Of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin PC Specs

The impending release of Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin is just around the corner. Square Enix announced the PC hardware specifications for this game, as Jack Garland and his friends are nearly here. While it is a cross-generation title, the requirements listed are surprisingly lesser than one would imagine for a 2022 release.

Here’s what Square Enix says are the minimum requirements to run Stranger of Paradise:

Windows 10 64-bit Operating System
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 1400 or Intel Core i7–6700
RAM: 8GB RAM
Graphics: AMD Radeon RX470, NVIDIA GeForce 1060 6GB
Storage: 80 GB
Direct X: DirectX Compatible Sound Card, DirectX 9.0c

These are the specifications recommended to run Stranger of Paradice 60 FPS @ 1920x1080p resolution

Windows 10 64-bit Operating System
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 or Intel Core i7–8700
RAM 16GB RAM
Graphics: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER
Storage: 80 GB
Direct X: DirectX Compatible Sound Card, DirectX 9.0c

Final Fantasy Origin should work on any gaming computer that is less than a decade old. Given the difficulty of finding new graphics cards these days, it’s not surprising that this game will run well. While it’s likely that resolutions higher than those listed will require a larger rig, we don’t know how much.

Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin is available on March 18. It will also be available for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
