Sons of the Forest: Rope Gun location, plus where to find rope

Some of these caves can be found in Sons of the ForestThis will mean that you must use the rope gun to zipline into deeper areas. A rope gun is able to build ziplines that go higher or lower, as well as to allow riders to zipline along those lines. 1. Take a trip to rope gun caveThe annotated map shows the location. You will find the cave to your west on the path that leads to the lake.
2. Proceed forward through the cave to reach the large opening. The cave will be home to many cave cannibals so you should expect to encounter many.
3. Follow the trail until you find a blocked passageway.
4. To open the passageway, grab the time bomb that is on the ground to the right.
5. You will continue on through the cave, until you come to the end of the path. While the left path leads to the rope gun and the right to a page, the latter will give you some historical information.
6. Continue on the left and go through the cave to reach the next fork. With only limited materials at your disposal, the left path leads to an abrupt halt. The rope gun is only accessible if you follow the correct path.
7. Keep following the correct path to reach your destination A cliff. You can keep a small rope gun inside a briefcase.
8. To reach the cave’s exit, grab the rope gun.

How to use the rope guns in Sons of the Forest

There are two main purposes for the rope gun Sons of the Forest:

• Ziplines can be made to reach higher and lower elevations
• Enjoy the Ziplines

The rope gun can be used to create ziplines. After attaching it, shoot the rope at an area in the surrounding environment. When the rope gun is equipped, a white dot will display on your screen showing where the zipline will go. Once the first point has been placed, you can use the rope gun to place the second end. You’ll need Zipline ropeIt is possible to create this by One rope combined with one printed grapplinghook. You can read the following section to see where you will find a local 3D printer.

To ride the zipline, simply interact with it by holding the “E” key.

How to Get Grappling Hooks in Sons of the Forest

Grappling hooksA 3D printer is required to create the model. These can be found in several bunkers located around the map. Near the cave entrance with the rope gun, you will find a bunker equipped with a 3D printing machine. Interact with the 3D Printer in the bunker to change the build mode to grappling hooks. This requires 100ml resin.

There are many places where rope can be found: caves, camp, bunkers and other random containers around the globe. Sons of the Forest.
