Sonic The Hedgehog 2: Final Trailer Reveals New Knuckles Footage And More

Sonic the Hedgehog 2, which will be released in theaters on April 8th, is due to arrive. Paramount Pictures today revealed the last trailer. 

If you’ve been watching the trailers for Sonic the Hedgehog 2 as of late, then you know Paramount and Sega are unsurprisingly pushing the return of Robotnik, and the introduction of Tails and Knuckles to the fray. This trailer also shows off Robotnik, Tails and Knuckles as well as Sonic. 

You can see that this trailer contains the most footage to date of Knuckles the warrior echidna Knuckles. It also includes blur burs doingdging any of Knuckles’ punches. Sonic is not able to take down Knuckles with just one punch. We also see Tails in the trailer. Some scenes show that Sonic has become a friendlier duo with Tails, as fans have seen them be since the beginning of Sonic’s series. 

We’re excited to see how Knuckles joins their duo to turn it into a trio but for now, everyone’s favorite echidna remains an ally and pawn to Jim Carrey’s Dr. Robotnik. 

This poster shows more about the film’s blue blur. Then, watch the debut trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog 2! Learn more about Sonic Frontiers. It drops the blue blur to his first open-world game.
