Sonic Announces Clothing Collaboration With Rowing Blazers

Rowing Blazers, a New York-based clothing brand, has announced a new line of Sonic the Hedgehog apparel. This collection is inspired by Sonic’s 1990s style and features graphics that are inspired from art of the time.

The collection includes clothing such as a Sonic-themed cotton sweater, a zip up polar fleece and heavyweight rugby jerseys. There are also French terry loopback jackets and cotton tees. A range includes a variety of accessories, including a necktie, baseball caps, canvas bags and a necktie.

Below is a gallery showing some items from the collection.

Jack Carlson is the founder and creative director at Rowing Blazers. He has collaborated with Umbro and FILA and many other organizations. His creations are all important to him personally.

He stated in a press release that “A lot” of the reason is due to the things he loved growing up, such as the culture, brands and sports. Sonic the Hedgehog was my favorite game on the Sega Genesis. Sonic was always an intriguing character for me. He was somewhat brash in his original cartoons, but he also had a lot of personality. He stood out from most cartoon or video game characters. He was very 90s. Over the years, many Sonic capsules have been created. It had to be elevated and beautifully designed, as well as timeless. It’s ironic that Sonic doesn’t seem very preppy. That’s what makes it fun.

Although the collection is priced between $38 and $325, it’s not yet listed on any website at the more expensive end. Yesterday’s launch of the collection has made it live. You can visit this link to see the entire collection.
