Art, who was resurrected from the dead by a sinister entity after the horrors of the last film’s massacre, returns to the streets and terrorizes Miles County residents on Halloween. This time, he targets a teenager girl with her younger brother.

Our review:

Art the Clown is an entertainer who embraces the artifice and humour of the genre. He uses elaborate effects and death scenes to make himself look funny. Terrifier doesn’t have the “you are there” immediacy of a found-footage movie designed to approximate a snuff film. Instead, it By positioning violence as performative, it creates an aura of distance between the viewer and its victim. This makes the brutality of it all more appealing than it would otherwise be. Terrifier’s handmade effects, and their invocation of legendary slashers make them a unique choice. films let horror fans indulge in the warm comfort of nostalgia while still playing to our latent desire for the thrill of a film that’s able to pull the blood-soaked rug out from under us.
