Sea Of Stars Demo Hits PlayStation Today
Sea of Stars was one of most anticipated RPGs of 2017 and has even been graced with a cover. Game Informer’s cover back in March. The demo was only available for Switch, even though the game will eventually be released on all platforms. Today, it’s PlayStation fans’ turn to sample the upcoming title.
The PlayStation Blog revealed that the PlayStation consoles can be downloaded the demo, which is a spoiler-free, out-of context slice of the gameplay. Sea of Stars, which launches on the 1st of next month, will be part of PlayStation Plus Game Catalog, available to Extra and Premium members.
Sea of Stars comes from Sabotage Studios and serves as a distant prequel to 2018’s The Messenger. The game is inspired by Final Fantasy VI, Chrono Trigger and other games. Valere and Zale use the powers of the moon and sun to defeat an evil alchemist. In addition to its dynamic turn-based combat, it features a hefty share of platforming and other traversal mechanics, creating a more active form of exploring its vibrant world.
Sea of Stars will be released on August 29, 2018 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S (PS5), PlayStation 4, Xbox One Switch and PC. Our exclusive coverage hub includes features including an interview.
