SDCC 2022: Star Trek: Lower Decks will boldly go to Deep Space 9 in August

In today’s Star Trek universe panel at San Diego Comic-Con, Paramount unveiled the first trailer for season 3 of Star Trek: Lower DecksThis book features new planets and aliens as well as a familiar station in space: Deep Space 9.

Trek: The Last of the Great 1990s Shows Star Trek: Deep Space 9The event took place in a Starfleet facility rather than on a vessel, and specifically at an abandoned Cardassian station. It seems, thankfully for the mildly-rabid fan (this writer included), that the crew of Lower decksAt some point, we will stop there.

“They’re going to visit the station,” show creator Mike McMahan told the audience in Hall H. “They’re going to circle it, they’re going to go in and walk the Promenade and look at the Cardassian architecture and maybe even see some familiar faces.”

The trailer already features Martok, the Klingon Admiral Martok. Martok was prominently featured in the film’s backend. DS9.
