Ranking Jujutsu Kaisen characters based on the new season 2 trailer

Studio MAPPA in conjunction with Japanese distributor Toho Animation have released a second trailer for Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 will be on television this Thursday. (Most) of the cast looks great.

Jujustu Kaisen The first segment of the second season was completed in August. Although this part of the series took a brief departure from the mainline story to regale us with a tale of Satoru Gojo’s youth, the next installment of the series will return to the mainline story and follow Yuji Itadori in his quest to eat as many cursed fingers as he can. The trailer shows that both heartthrobs and masked villains will prepare for the battle in the Shibuya Incident Arc.

We don’t have a ton of details on the story yet, but the trailer did give fans fleeting glimpses of several characters. There was a lot of praise for a couple key figures, but they all look stunning.

1. Nanami Kento

Kenta Nanami, can I get a round applause? He may be Gojo’s junior and not be as powerful, but he really outshines Gojo in this moment. MAPPA wrapped his tie around his wrist in a way that made it taut. Our winner is beyond criticism or additional comments. It’s no surprise these few moments in the trailer, sparked plenty of thirsty fan posts on various social media platforms.

2. Choso

Choso didn’t look great in every angle of the manga, but he’s back with an edgy look. MAPPA was able to see the potential in Choso and really worked on it. His smoldering gaze was enough to beat Gojo by a hair.

3. Satoru Gojo

Gojo is an all-powerful being, so it’s a treat to see him with a little blood on his face. His steamy breath also earns him brownie points. He gets the number three spot on the list because he’s well, beautiful, but also we got to see a new side to him in this image.

4. Atsuya Kusakabe

Kusakabe appears to be in the process of transitioning from supporting to major roles. But seriously, his trench coat look is really working for him and it’s the perfect look to rock for a night out in Shibuya. Kusakabe was ranked fourth, because the photo made me remember him for over 30 seconds.

5. Panda

Panda was not supposed to look so magnificent. Take a look at his side profile. He’s beautiful. I gave him fifth place because I didn’t expect to see such a dramatic look from the bear.

6. Kenjaku

Kenjaku seems like he’s really putting Geto’s body to good use. He’s got a menacing but casual look to him that only the most seasoned villains can pull off. He doesn’t have the most compelling look in the world, but he’s at least got the prettiest face of all the enemies.

7. Nobara

The girl I am dating is Back to the HomepageAnd she’s angry. Just this quick visual shows us that she’s ready to fight in the upcoming battle. This compelling image was the only reason she got to be in the movie.

We have reached the final photo carousel. These are characters that were either too darkly lit or generically photographed to merit a mention in this article. Still, I can at least say everyone looks better than Mahito — because eff that guy!
