Rainbow Six Siege: Operation Vector Glare Brings a New Operator
Operation Vector Glare launches today Rainbow Six Siege, bringing something very surprising to distract Defenders and conceal the Attackers’ plans. Their R.O.U. A new Attacker, Sens, can use their R.O.U. gadget to deploy transparent, brightly-colored walls of light. This allows them to conceal their movements and give themselves a tactical advantage over Defenders. Sens is now available through the Vector Glare battle pass premium track. In two weeks, Renown and R6 credits will unlock it. The Operation Vector Glare offers a variety of new updates that all players can enjoy instantly, and a means to get Operators for free by playing with friends.
Close Quarters is the new Team Deathmatch map. This arena was created for quick-paced encounters. This is the first TDM-only map. There are no defence-oriented areas, like objective sites. The hallways and staircases have been color-coded in order to quickly help you reorient your self after respawning. There is also a new shooting range that you can hop into with any Operator (even ones you haven’t unlocked yet) to test out their weapons and practice your aim before wielding them against opponents. A new reputation system will be implemented later in the season. It is intended to punish players who intentionally and repeatedly incur friendly fire penalties. Additionally, some Operators now have a third weapon slot that allows them greater loadout flexibility.

Operation Vector Glare sees the launch of Squad Up Reactivation. This program rewards players with Operators free of charge and many other benefits for helping former players return to the sport. Rainbow Six Siege If you’ve played Siege since the launch of Demon Veil, the first season of Year 7, then you are eligible to earn up to three free Operators from Year 6 (or equivalent rewards if you have them already) and an exotic weapon skin for the R4C assault rifle. All you have to do is recruit up to four players who haven’t played Siege in Year 7, squad up with them, play five PVP matches in any mode, and you’ll earn one reward per player. The returning players will earn rewards as well; at the end of the five matches, they’ll be granted an Operator from Year 4 or 5. They will then be able to recruit other returning players and can earn the rewards outlined above.
Let’s now get into the details about the Attacker. Sens hail from Belgium. They are equipped with the POF-9 assault rifle, the 417 marksman rifle, or the POF-9 as their primary weapons. The secondary weapon is either the SDP 9MM pistol, or the Gonne-6. You can bring a claymore or a hard breach gun as secondary devices.

But let’s talk about their main gadget, the R.O.U Projector System. It’s a self-propelling wheel that, when tossed out, rolls along the ground dropping small projectors until it runs out of juice. The projectors make overlapping walls with light that follow the R.O.U. The light can also bounce off walls, creating zig-zag lines. It creates an invisible wall Operators cannot see but can move through and shoot through. The Attackers have the opportunity to sneakily defuse, grab a teammate who is unconscious, or draw attention from the action. Glaz, his HDS Flipsight and other players will also be on the field. Walls become more dangerous.
But Glaz isn’t the only one equipped to see through Sens’ light walls. Warden has the option to use his Glance Smart Glasses, so he can see through Sens’ light walls. The R.O.U. can be stopped by Defenders. before it lays down projectors (with Jäger’s ADS or Wamai’s Mag-NET gadgets) or shut off the projectors themselves (with Mute’s Signal Jammers or an EMP burst from a bulletproof camera). Bulletproof cameras and Maestro’s Evil Eyes can also see through the walls, and impatient Defenders can use explosives (like an impact grenade) to destroy the projectors. They will disappear in a very short amount of time, but Defenders have the option to wait. However, what are the activities of the Attackers during this period? That’s up to you and your teammates to find out.

Operation Vector Glare will be back with a brand new Battle Pass, Challenges and Sens. This adds a tactical dimension and tactical depth to the firefights. Rainbow Six Siege. Register now to view (or hide, depending on your case) the things they can do.
