Professor Layton And The New World Of Steam Announced For Switch

Switch’s Professor Layton will be making a return with a brand new adventure. His next chapter, Professor Layton & the New World of Steam is set for a date yet to be announced.

The professor is seen jogging through an industrial background in a teaser trailer. Although we don’t yet know how he will unravel the mysteries or what allies he has, it’s great to see the gentleman again. 

The Azaran Legacy, Professor Layton’s last film starring him, was released in 2014. In 2017, a spin-off starying Layton’s daughter called Layton’s Mystery Journey: Katrielle and the Millionaires’ Conspiracy released for 3DS and was ported to Switch in 2019.
