Princess Peach Is Getting Her Own Game Next Year

The main character of a brand new Switch title will be Princess Peach. 

Nintendo did not reveal any further details during the Nintendo Direct today. Nintendo did not reveal any gameplay details or a title, but they showed the gameplay which looked just as expected. Peach is in a 3-D environment that reminds us of a Super Mario RPG.

The Direct revealed that Peach’s outfit changed when she stepped on the pedestal. Her pink dress became a light, bright blue one, which seemed to show that Peach was powered up. Nintendo promised more details at a future date. Super Princess Peach was released in 2005 for the DS.
