Portal 1 And Portal 2 Arrive On Switch Today

Portal: Companion Collection is a bundle that combines the best-selling first-person puzzle games in one bundle. While we already knew it was coming sometime this year, today’s Nintendo Direct Mini presentation news revealed that we’ll be able to play two of the greatest puzzle games of all time on Switch beginning today.

Portal was released in 2007 as a part of The Orange Box, a bundle that gathered Half-Life 2, Half-Life 2: Episode One, Half-Life 2: Episode Two, Team Fortress 2, and Portal. Portal, originally considered to be a side dish, quickly gained popularity due to its innovative design, mind-bending puzzles and dark humor. Portal 2, a fully-fledged sequel was released by Valve in 2011. Portal 2, a standalone title, introduced several new mechanics and extended playtime. It also featured a deeper story that explored the backstories and GlaDOS.

The Portal 2 titles are among the most popular video games of all time and can be found on Nintendo Switch today.
