Pokémon TCG: Sword & Shield – Crown Zenith | The Coolest Cards We Pulled

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet arrived on Switch last November, and the Pokémon Trading Card Game is ready to leave Galar for the open world of Paldea. The first Scarlet and Violet expansions will be available in March, along with other changes including an increase in price. But first we must get one more Sword and Shield extension.

Pokémon Trading Card Game: Sword & Shield – Crown Zenith, out this week, adds more than 160 new cards, including 3 new Radiant Pokémon, five Pokémon VMax cards, eight Pokémon VStar cards, and 70 cards with special Galarian Gallery artwork. The Pokémon Company sent over some of the products in this special expansion, and we cracked them to see what we could pull.

Although I am disappointed that these cards are not available as booster packs, I love many of the cards I pulled. I love the full-art cards, especially. I’m very happy with the Radiant Charizard, and the Pikachu and Lucario cards might be among my favorites of those respective Pokémon. The full gallery is available below.
