Pokémon Go’s September Community Day features Roggenrola
Pokémon Go’s next Community Day event will take place on Sunday, Sept. 18, and will feature Roggenrola, the Mantle Pokémon, developer Niantic and The Pokémon Company announced Wednesday. September’s Community Day will run from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. local time.
Players will still be able to see Roggenrola in the wild beyond this three-hour time frame, just like previous Community Day events. After defeating Boldore, players can also see Roggenrola roaming the open wild from 5 to 10 p.m. (local time) After players defeat Boldore, Roggenrola will be able to spawn within a 300-meter area around the Gym.
Players who evolve a Boldore during September’s Community Day — up to five hours after the event ends, as late as 10 p.m. local time — will get a Gigalith that knows the Charged Attack Meteor Beam.
Roggenrola Community Day also offers other bonuses for players:
- 1/4 hatch distance
- 2× Catch Candy, and 2× chance for trainers level 31 and up to receive Candy XL from catching Pokémon
- Three-hour Lure Modules, three hour Incense, snap surprises and event-themed stickers
- An additional special trade
- Stardust will be 50% cheaper for trades
Roggenrola Community Day features a special research story for $1 that includes exclusive tasks.
