PlayStation Plus December 2022 Lineup Includes Mass Effect Legendary Edition And More

PlayStation Plus’s free PlayStation Plus games this month include Biomutant and Mass Effect Legendary Edition. There is also a brand-new platform fighter, Divine Knockout. 

Mass Effect Legendary Edition has three games. This means that this month’s line-up technically includes five games.

PlayStation gives its opinion on each title: 

Biomutant | PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4

This open-world post-apocalyptic RPG kung-fu game allows you to mix melee, shooting, or mutant action. The Tree-of-Life has been decimated by a plague that is ravaging the country. There are three Tribes. Explore a world in turmoil and define its fate – will you be its savior or lead it to an even darker destiny? You can re-code your genes to alter the way that you see and act. Mix and match pieces to make your own slash and crush melee weapons and rifles. PS5 features native HDR support as well as three graphic modes.

Divine Knockout – Founder’s Edition | PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4

This third-person platform fighting game launches directly on PlayStation Plus and adds an entirely new dimension to the gaming genre. In order to render enemies vulnerable, damage them and then smash them out the arena from a third-person perspective. You can choose from either one of the 10 gods available to throw boulders like Hercules, or use Mjolnir for Thor. There are many arenas available with different mechanics for you to conquer. To explore different game modes with friends, play in 3v3 Arcade mode. You also have the option to battle your opponents in tough 1v1 Duels and 2v2 Duels. DKO supports cross-play and progression. This Founder’s Edition unlocks DKO and bonus content for the game, plus a DKO-inspired skin in Smite.”

Mass Effect Legendary Edition | PlayStation 4 

With the Mass Effect Legendary Edition, you can relive the story of Commander Shepard from the critically-acclaimed Mass Effect trilogy. Includes single-player base content and over 40 DLC from Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, and Mass Effect 3 games, including promo weapons, armours and packs — remastered and optimized for 4K Ultra HD. Your decisions will have profound effects on your actions and final outcome in this richly detailed universe.

These games are available for you to add to your collection starting December 6. In the meantime, be sure to add last month’s games – Nioh 2, Lego Harry Potter Collection, and Heavenly Bodies – to your collection before December 5. PlayStation notes that you will receive 50 PlayStation Stars points if you redeem and download December’s new lineup.
