PlayStation Announces 13 VR2 Launch Games Plus A VR Update For Gran Turismo 7

As announced in a recent blog post, 13 new games are coming to PlayStation VR2, and they’re all expected to release “within one month of the February 22 launch.” They are as follows:

  • Before Your Eyes
  • Kayak VR: Mirage
  • Pavlov VR
  • Puzzling Places
  • Song in the smoke: A rekindled version
  • Synth Riders – Remastered Edition
  • Thumper
  • NFL Pro Era
  • Where is the Bat?
  • Rez Infinite
  • Tetris Effect
  • Creed Rise to Glory: Championship Edition
  • The Last Clockwinder

Gran Turismo 7 will also receive an update to VR2 on the launch day, according to the blog post. A statement from the president of Polyphony Games details that “While 2-player splitscreen races are not supported in VR, all other races, including online races, will be available.” In case you missed it, Resident Evil Village will also get a VR update on launch day.

These 13 games add to the already existing PlayStation VR2 lineup, which includes 11 games that were announced last November as well as six new titles announced in December. PlayStation VR2 will launch with over 30 titles.

Just over one month ago, PlayStation VR2 will be released on February 22. We learned a few months back that the base model would cost $549.99. You can bundle it with Horizon Call the Mountain to save $50.
