Platinum Games’ Hideki Kamiya ‘Can’t Conceive’ The Bayonetta Series Ending

Hideki Kamiya, vice-president of Platinum Games, doesn’t believe the Bayonetta series will ever end. 

He shared his story IGN Japan This interview focuses on Kamiya’s post-Bayonetta 3 thoughts as well as possible spinoff games and the creation of Project G.G. Kamiya replied that he would love to see Bayonetta 4 and Bayonetta 5 players receive them. 

Kamiya stated, “I can’t imagine the Bayonetta series ever being ended.” IGN Japan. “I’d like to design a Bayonetta 4 & Bayonetta 5 for the company, and I plan on pitching them.”

Kamiya reveals that his team talks often “internally about” how they could make nine more. Also, he said that he wanted people to believe his words when he stated “I won’t do anything to betray players”. 

Although not officially announced, players who are hoping to get a Bayonetta 4 or 5 or Bayonetta 9, if Kamiya is still at Platinum Games, may be in luck.
