Pilotwings 64 release date for Nintendo Switch Online announced, sexily

Fly simulator Pilotwings 64Nintendo Switch Online will receive it on Thursday, Oct. 13. Like other Nintendo 64 games, it’s just for Expansion Pack-tier subscribers. A new trailer will provide a quick reminder with a very seductive voiceover. You can hear the smooth sound of that saxophone.

Pilotwings 64 originally came out in 1996 for Nintendo 64 — it was one of just TwoStart games Super Mario 64, in North America — and features a wide variety of flying methods, including jetpacks and hang gliding. Players pick from one of six characters, each with their own strengths and weaknesses, all vying for a pilot’s license. You can also shoot giant robots as part of the game, according to that soft and soothing voice. This is the game’s first official re-release.

Pilotwings 64 on Nintendo Switch Online was first announced during Sept. 13’s Nintendo Direct, alongside a host of other old games like GoldenEye 007The first three Mario Party Games. 1080º SnowboardingAnd Pokémon StadiumAnd Pokémon Stadium 2. The Nintendo Switch Online + Expandsion Pack costs $49.99 for an individual user and $79.99 for a family plan (for eight people). Sega Genesis and the Nintendo Switch Online Premium tiers also grant access.
