Persona 5: The Phantom X Is A New Mobile Spin-Off Game

Perfect World publisher and Black Wings developer have announced Persona 5 – The Phantom X, a brand new mobile game that will be available for iOS or Android. The game will be available for free and include in-game purchase. 

Although the release date has yet to be announced, playtests will commence in China on March 29th, according to. IGN. The gameplay and visuals look very similar to Persona 5. This is not surprising, considering that Atlus (the original creators of Persona 5) are overseeing the development of The Phantom X.

IGN reports that the game focuses on the theme of “desire,” and that much like in Persona 5, Phantom X members will be able to enjoy a day at school, take part in after-school activities, and of course, infiltrate various palaces by way of the Metaverse.

Persona 5: The Phantom X looks like a faithful sequel to Persona 5. We all should be able to get our hands on it as soon as possible.
