Persona 5 Royal is getting a card game

“Players will take on the roles of their favorite Phantom Thieves and fight to change the world in this cooperative card-based strategy game,” Matsuuchi said in a statement.

Beyond Matsuuchi’s description of cooperative strategy gameplay, there are scant details about what the Persona 5 Royal This is how the card game will look. Nathan McNair from Pandasaurus Games, co-owner of the company, said that the tabletop version will feature Palaces and the Velvet Room as well as other famous aspects.

This should mean lots of Persona Fusion and little Morgana. We’ll have to wait some time to find out for sure, though: The Persona 5 RoyalCard game will be released in the fourth quarter of 2023.
